等离子光谱法测定岩石中微量元素的不确定度评定
Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Trace Elements in Rock by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
The sources for the uncertainty were analyzed in detail for the determination ot trace elements including copper, zinc, plumbum, manganese, nickel, and chromium in rock by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectro-metric method. The main sources of measurement uncertainty come from sub-uncertainties of the analytical balance, analytical glassware, calibration curves, calibration solutions, reagent volume and repetitive measurements. Each sub - uncertainty, combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measurement results were calculated, and the report form of testing result was obtained.关键词
