响应面法优化茅苍术多糖的提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Process of Polysaccharides from,RHIZOMA AREACTYLODIS LANCEAE by Response Surface Methodology
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from RHIZOMA AREACTYLODIS LANCEAE by response surface methodology. [Method] Using extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time as independent variables and extraction rate of polysaccharides as response value, response surface methodology with three-factors and three-levels was carried out for optimizing the extraction process of polysaccharides from RHIZOMA AREACTYLODIS LANCEAE on the basis of central composite design principles. [ Result] The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides were as follows; extraction temperature of 87 % , solid-liquid ratio of 1 :22 and extraction time of 3.1 h. Under this condition, the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 2. 12%. [ Conclusion] The study could provide a certain theoretical direction for extracting polysaccharides from RHIZOMA AREACTYLODIS LANCEAE on a large scale.关键词
