摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the hypoglycemic effect of black buckwheat dry powder. [ Method] The hypoglycemic effects were investigated in alloxan-induced diabetic mice after oral administration of black buckwheat powder with different dosage(0. 50 and 0. 25 mg/kg .different granularity ( sieved from 120 and 200 screen) and different drying ways (freeze-drying and drying) for 14 days. The blood glucose (GLU) levels of mice were determined. [ Result] The high dosage, sieved from 200 screen and freeze-drying of black buckwheat powder lowered diabetic mice' s glucose level obviously. [ Conclusion] Black buckwheat powder possessed hypoglycemic activities to alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
