半边莲黄酮苷提取工艺优化
Optimization of Extraction Process of Flavonoid Glycosides from HERBA LOBELIAE CHINENSIS
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the optimal extraction technical parameters of flavonoids gl ycosides from HERBA LOBELIAE CHINENSIS. By ultrasonic-assisted extraction. [ Method] With ethanol as the extracting solvent, the orthogonal design was employed to test the effects of four factors like ethanol concentration, extraction time, temperature and ratio of solid to liquid. [ Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration of 50% , extraction duration of 35 min, extraction temperature of 50 ℃ and solid to liquid ratio of 1 :50. The content of falconoid glycosides can reach 4.209 2 mg/g under the optimal conditions. [Conclusion] High in extraction rate and good in stability, the method favored the determination of flavonoids glycosides from HERBA LOBELIAE CHINENSIS.关键词
