重庆产泽漆中总黄酮与芦丁的含量分析
Determination of Total Flavonoids and Rutin in Ephorbia helioscopia L.from Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish methods for determining contents of total flavonoids and rutin in Ephorbia helioscopia L. From Chongqing, so as to provide a scientific basis for further development and utilization of its resources and quality control. [ Methods] Contents of total flavonoids and rutin were respectively determined by aluminium trichloride colorimetric method and HPLC. [ Result] Contents of total flavonoids and rutin in Ephorbia helioscopia L. From Chongqing were 5.485 -5.742 and 0.769 -0.811 mg/g,respectively. [ Conclusion] The method was simple,rapid,accurate and stable that was suitable for quality analysis of total flavonoids and rutin in Ephorbia helioscopia L..关键词
