不同溶剂提取毛冬青叶挥发油的成分的GC-MS分析
GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Compoents from Leaves of Ilex pubescens Hook.et by Different Solvent
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To discuss the variation of components content of Ilex pubescent Hook, et leaf volatile oil extracted by petroleum ether and chloroform, and to discuss its utilization value. [ Method] The volatile oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook, et was extracted by petroleum ether and chloroform, respectively. The compounds were analyzed by GC-MS. [ Result] The essential oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook. Et were rich in hydro carbons, esters, fatty acids, olefinic alcohol and phenolic compounds. The compounds with relative higher content were: (E)-2-methoxy-4-(l-propenyl)-Phenol(28.967%), eicosane(8.735% ), nonadecane(8.225% ), tetracosane(7.929% ), 1,2-benzenedi-carboxylic acid, mono(2-ethylhexyl) ester(7.161%) and octadecane (6.380% ). When extracted phenylpropanoid constituents, petroleum ether was the better extracting solvent, but extracted saturated hydrocarbon and fatty acid, chloroform was more favorable. [Conclusion] The essential oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook. Et showed high application value, and this work provided theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of the essential oil from leaf of Ilex pubescens Hook. Et.关键词
