介孔TiO2在乙腈介质中的合成及其表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Mesoporous TiO2 in Acetonitrile Medium

Abstract
Mesoporous TiO2 was generally synthesized by using ethanol as solvent via Evaporation-Induced Self-Assembly (EISA) method. Ethanol was replaced by acetonitrile, the mesoporous TiO2 materials were prepared by using TiCl4and Ti(Obu)4 as titanium precursors in the presence of triblock copolymer P123. By comparison of the syntheses in ethanol and in acetonitrile solvent, we found that the mesostructure obtained in acetonitrile is similar to that obtained in ethanol; but the crystallinity of sample is higher in the former. Effects of the different titanium source ratio and the different calcination temperature on the mesostructure and the crystallization degree of sample were also investigated. The results indicate that the molar ratio of TiCl4/Ti( Obu)4 =1:1 and the calcination at 350℃ are the optimal conditions for the sample synthesized in acetonitrile. The uniform and cylinder-like channels and anatase TiO2 with higher crystallinity can be obtained under such conditions.关键词
