特异高表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯茶树资源的筛选
Screening Specific Tea Germplasms with High Epigallocatechin Gallate Content

Abstract
[Objective] Tea germplasms with high EGCG content and excellent quality were obtained preliminarily. [ Method] By using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) ,the epigallocatechin gallate ( EGCG) contents of 96 tea germplasms from the China National Germplasm Tea Repositories (CNGTR) at the Tea Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences ( TRIYAAS) were measured. [ Result] Synthetic quality evaluation of five tea germplasms with high epigallocatechin gaUate content was carried out with four biochemical characteristics,including caffeine content,free amino acid content,tea polyphenol content and water extract content. The results showed that the content of EGCG ranged from 1.39% to 11.77% .with an average of 6. 18%. Besides,five tea germplasms with high EGCG content ( ≥ 10% ) were selected. [ Conclusion] Based on the quality analysis of five germplasms, five germplasms with high EGCG content and excellent quality were selected preliminarily.关键词
