基于地统计分析的城镇土地定级级别验证研究——以榆树市城区为例
Study on the Test of Urban Land Classification Based on Geostatistics Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Characterized by randomness,spatial distribution and correlation,land price data is suitable for the verification of land level with the method of geostatistics. With the urban areas of Yunlin City for example, the isoline, three-dimensional surface analysis, spatial trend analysis, covariation analysis and University Kriging analysis are adopted to verify the classification of urban commercial lands. The results indicated that,the commercial land price in Yulin changes in the trend of SW-NE; the first-level area matches with the result of land price trend analysis, the second-level area shows the W-WN trend,which differs largely from the trend analysis result,the classification of other areas needs further adjustment.关键词
