低碳经济下我国生物质能发展战略思考
Development Strategy of Biomass Energy in China from the Perspective of Low-carbon Economy
摘要
Abstract
Low-carbon economy is a low energy consumption, low emissions and low pollution-based economy. Biomass energy has an important role in easing energy shortage,reducing environmental pollution and improving ecological environment, it is one of the development orientations of low-carbon economy. In this context, the paper briefly introduces the biomass energy resources, describes its characteristics and functions, discusses the development contraints and proposes the development strategies for the biomass energy in China.关键词
