既有高层办公建筑外立面改造节能技术研究——以济南市历下政务大厦为例
Study on energy-saving construction technology of facade renovation of existing high-rise office buildings:A case study of Jinan Lixia District Office Building

Abstract
With the envelope reconstruction project of Jinan Lixia District Office Building as a case, the paper discusses the simultaneous implementation of exterior wall energy-saving construction in the high-rise office building facade renovation. Based on the investigation of the present situation of building envelope structure, it identifies a suitable method of insulation methods and insulation material and focuses on energy-saving reconstruction details of external wall thermal insulation. According to the recurring problems, it puts forward some technical measures. From the test results and clients' feedback , the project improves effectively indoor comfort and reduces evidently energy consumption.关键词
