Abstract
The governance of food safety has evolved significantly in the past two decades. As the result of the evolution at the global level, it has also implications at the domestic level. The paper gives a whole picture of food safety management implementation in the UK through the legislations, agencies, standard system, public and private regulation of food safety.关键词
