碳酸酐酶Ⅰ、Ⅱ在结直肠癌中的表达及意义

Abstract
Abstract Objective To investigate the expressions of carbonic anhydrases I and II (CA I , CA II ) in colorectal cancer( CRC), and their relationship with oncogenesis,progression and clinical pathological characters of CRC. Methods The expressions of CA I and CA Ⅱ were detected in paired samples of 55 normal colorectal mucosas,27 polyps,64 CRCs and 20 lymph node metastases (LNM). Differences a-mong them were compared. The relationships of CA Ⅰ and CA Ⅱ expressions with differentiation,TNM stages and LNM were also analyzed. Results Expressions of CA Ⅰ and CA Ⅱ were significantly down-regulated stepwise from normal colorectal mucosa, polyp to cancer (P < 0.05). Expressions of CA Ⅰ and CA Ⅱin lymph node metastasis were similar to the paired primary cancer (P > 0.05). Expressions of CA Ⅰ and CA Ⅱ in CRC had no correlation with cancer differentiation or TNM stages (P > 0.05). Conclusion The down-regulations of CA I and CA II are early incidents during oncogenesis of CRC and have no correlation with LNM.关键词
