234例急性冠脉综合征的BNP及D-二聚体结果分析
Analysis of Brain Natriuretic Peptide and D-dimer in 234 Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Abstract
Abstract Objective To analyse and evaluate the clinical applications of Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) and D-dimer( D-D) in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome. Methods Select 234 cases of ASC (observation group) and 45 patients with normal angiographies (control group) to detect the plasma BNP,D-D and APTT,PT,FIB,with ultrasonic cardiogram as well. Results Compared with control and SAP (Stable Angina Pectoris) groups, BNP and D-D in AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction) and UAP (Unstable Angina Pectoris) groups were significantly higher (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05, respectively). FIB was also significantly higher than control (P < 0.05), while APTT and PT were significantly reduced (P< 0.05). In AMI and UAP patients,BNP level of cardiac function Ⅱ group was significantly higher than I group (P < 0.01 ).In AMI,UAP,and SAP patients,LVEF in I group was significantly higher than II group (P < 0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that in ACS patients,BNP was positively correlated with D-D and FIB (r =0.506,0.286 respectively,P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with LVEF (r =-0.714,P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of plasma BNP and D-D levels to evaluate the extent of heart function damage in ASC patients comples with the ultrasonic cardiogram results, and contributes to the diagnosis and prognosis judgement of ACS.关键词
