河南产尾叶香茶菜叶部位化学成分的分离与纯化
Seperation and purification of chemical constituents from leaves of Rabdosia excisa in Henan
摘要
Abstract
Aim : To separate and purify the constituents from leaves of Rabdosia excisa in Henan. Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectro-scopic method. Results: Ten compounds isolated from the leaves of this plant were identified as: rabdosinate( I ) , maslinic acid( Ⅱ ) ,2α,3α,19-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅲ ) , hyptadienic acid( IV) ,6β,llα, 15α-trihydroxy-6,7-seco-6, 20-epoxy-l α,7-olide-ent-kaur-16-en,epinodosinol( Ⅴ ) ,α-amyrin palmitate( Ⅵ) ,2α, 3α-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅶ) , maoyecrystal E (Ⅷ) , enmenol-glucoside ( Ⅸ ) , and oridonol ( X ). Conclusion: All the constituents are found in leaves of Rabdosia excisa for the first time, except constituent X.关键词
