摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of ER, PR in gastric signet cell carcinoma and clinical significance. Methods Sixty cases in our hospital with gastric signet cell carcinoma were detected in terms of the expression of ER and PR from July. 2009 to July 2010. The relation between the expression of ER, PR and clinical pathological characteristics were also analyzed. ResuItsThe pos itive expression rates of ER, PR were 55% (33/60) and 48. 3% (29/60) respectively. No significant difference was found between ER, PR expression and age, location, size, depth of tumor. A signifi cant difference was noted between ER, PR expression and lymph node metastasis and grade (P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Gastric signet cell carcinoma may be ER, PR independent tumor.关键词
