化疗联合放射性125I粒子植入治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察
Efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with interstitial 125 I seed implantation brachytherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy combined with insterstitial 125 I seed implantation brachytherapy in advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods Sixty -eight patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were included in this study. A mong them 32 cases were of the study group, treated with GP scheme chemotherapy combined with 125I seed implantation brachytherapy, while 36 cases in the control group were given GP scheme chemotherapy. The response rates and the side effects were observed, and the differences were com pared by X2 test. The cumulative progression free survival and median progression free survival time of the two groups were compared by Kaplan - Meier analysis. The difference of progression free survival between the two groups was analyzed by log- rank method. Results The study group and the control group achieved a total response rate of 75% and 44.44% respectively, and the difference between them was significant (P = 0. 011). The median progression free survival time of study group and control group were 6.5 months and 4.5 months respectively, with a significant difference between them (P = 0.0121). All the side effects were manageable, among them, the blood sputum and chest pain were higher in study group compared with control group. There was no difference between them in pneumothorax, fever and myelosuppression (P>0.05). Conclusion The 125 I seed implantation brachytherapy combined with chemotherapy shows an acceptable toxicity, and good therapeutic effectiveness, and is an effective and satisfactory therapeutic modality in the treatment of advanced non- small cell lung cancer.关键词
