Abstract
Objective To observe SOCS-3 expressions and their difference in tissues from different types of spontaneous abortion,and to explore the correlation of SOCS-3 with spontaneous abortion and the role of SOCS-3 in pregnancy.Methods The expressions and difference of SOCS-3 mRNA in decidual tissues from normal pregnancy and different types of spontaneous abortion with unknown causes were detected by real-time PCR.Results SOCS-3 mRNA expressions were detectable in all the decidual tissues.SOCS-3 mRNA expression level was ( 1.000 ± 0.000 ) in normal group; SOCS-3 mRNA expression level was significantly lower in threatened abortion group than in normal control group ( 0.578 ± 0.097,P ＜ 0.05 ) and it continued to decline in ineitable abortion group ( 0.231 ± 0.017,P ＜ 0.05 ); but it was significantly elevated in missed abortion group ( 1.469± 0.033,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Our study has shown SOCS-3 plays a certain role in the maintenance of pregnancy.关键词
