摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote the telemedicine by using the computer technology and the modern communications technology in order to improve the remote areas officers' medical service support in ihe Armed Police Forces. Methods Distance medical nets hardware platform of the Level 3 distance medical center network was build which relies on the Armed Police Forces video conferencing system and the questions around the technical framework, the mean characteristics and the key technology were explained. Results The video conferencing system was use to build a telemedicine net hardware platform which would help to promote the telemedicine consultation.
