听力正常耳鸣患者的听力学检测分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To find the relationship between tinnitus and each testing method,and provide information for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods Compared the characteristics of audiology tests,including pure tone audiometric,acoustic immittance,middle ear muscle reflexes,matching test,distortion products otoacoustic emission (DPOAE),and auditory brainstem response(ABR).Results The detection rates of DPOAE were 67.3％ in patients of normal hearing tinnitus groups,which were significant lower than those in control group.Comparing with the control group,the normal hearing tinnitus group performed PL of wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ and IPL of Ⅲ-Ⅴ prolonged.Conclusion DPOAE can reflect cochlear hair cells' lesion in early stage; DPOAE and ABR test are helpful for diagnosis of lesions in some tinnitus patients.关键词
