中药熏洗配合手法按摩治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床护理观察

Abstract
Objecive To explore the efficacy of fumigating and washing with Chinese medicine plus Chinese massage manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ( KOA ).Methods 120 patients with KOA were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy with medicantions ( 60 patients,control group ),or fumigating and washing with Chinese medicine plus Chinese massage manipulation in addiction to conventional therapy ( 60 patients,study group ).The efficacy was compared between the two groups 5 weeks after treatment.Results There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in the overall effectiveness rate ( 96.7％ vs.70.0％,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Fumigating and washing therapy with Chinese medicine plus Chinese massage manipulation has a better efficacy than Western medicine alone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.关键词
