Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of pedicle skin flap of subdermal vascular plexus in hand injury. Methods During June 1992 and March 2010, pedicle skin flap of subdermal vascular plexus to repair soft tissue defects of hand was applied in 27 cases. Patients were followed up from 3 months to 3 years. Results Twenty- seven flaps survived and flap shapes were good. After 3 to 6 months, patients began to have sensitivity to touching, pain and temperature. The recovery of hand function was satisfactory. Hands function was near the normal. No occurrence of tendon adhesion and joint stiffness was observed. Conclusion The effect of pedicle skin flap of subdermal vascular plexus in hand injury is better.关键词
