C-kit和PDGFR-β在硬纤维瘤中的表达及意义
Expression and clinical significance of C-Kit and PDGFR-β in desmoid tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and possible significance of C-Kit and PDGFR-p in desmoid tumor. Methods The expression of C-kit and PDGFR-p in 65 cases of desmoid tumor and the surrounding normal muscle tissue were analyzed with immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive expression rate of C-kit in desmoid tumor was 16.9% , not statistically different from the surrounding normal muscle tissue (P =0.982). While the positive expression rate of PDGFR-p was 73. 8% , statistically higher than the surrounding normal muscle of 15.4% (P = 0.024). Conclusions PDGFR-p is highly expressed in desmoid tumor. It could be one potential treatment target for further clinical trial evaluation.关键词
