经口咽通气道吸痰在COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate sputum aspiration from oropharyngeal ventilation tube in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with Type II respiratory failure. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group sucked phlegm through oropharyngeal ventilation tube, while the control group through oropharynx and nasal cavity. Results After sputum aspiration, dyspnea was evidently alleviated in the treatment group, lung phlegm chirping decreased or disappeared, blood gas analysis value obviously improved. Conclusion The effect of sputum aspiration through oropharyngeal ventilation tube is better than that through oropharynx and nasal cavity关键词
