大鼠脑水肿神经细胞模型介电特性的实验研究
The experimental Research for Dielectric Properties of Rats Cerebral Edema Neuron Cell Models

Abstract
Frequency spectrum of conductivity and dielectric permittivity between normal and edema neuron cell models were measured in broadband range (100 ~ 10 MHz), and their difference was compared. Normal neuron cell model was established by cortex of SD rats, and then in treating of hypoxia, edema neuron cell models was established, electrical characteristics were detected by applying Agilent4294A impedance analyzer in 10 groups among control group model, normal nerve cells model and edema neural model, respectively. There were significantly differences among the conductivity of three models. The conductivity of edema neuron cell model was greater than the conductivity of other two kind models, and the conductivity of normal neuron cell model was greater than the conductivity of control group. These experiments have detected the difference of conductivity between normal and edema neuron cell models effectively. These may be of great help for further cerebral edema phase shift detecting work by using magnetic induction tomography.关键词
