小青龙汤干预哮喘大鼠气道平滑肌细胞增殖作用的研究
Research onXiaoqinglong Decoction to Intervene the Proliferative Effect of Airway Smooth Muscle Cells in the Rat Asthma Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the mechanism of Xiaoqinglong decoction to intervene the proliferative effect of airway smooth muscle cells in the rat asthma model. Methods; Forty clean grade male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, that was, the normal control group, the asthma group, the Xiaoqinglong Decoction group and the Dexamethasone group. Observing the change on morphologic of airway smooth muscle cell in the rat asthma model; The mRNA expression change of ERK1,, ERK2 and Cyclin DI in the lung tissue of all groups were detected by SYBR Green Real time PCR. Results; The mRNA expression of ERK1、ERK2 and Cyclin DI in the lung tissue of asthma group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0. 01) , the mRNA expression of ERK1、 ERK2 and Cyclin D1 in the lung tissue of Xiaoqinglong Decoction group and the Dexamethasone group were significantly lower than that of asthma group (P<0. 01). Conclusion; There is a possibility that Xiaoqinglong Decoc tion can inhibit the proliferation of airway and smooth muscle cell in the Rat Asthma Model, which can be achieved by inhibiting ERK1, ERK2 phosphorylation and reducing expression of Cyclin D1.关键词
