摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing strategy for severe surgical patients with intensive insulin therapy. Methods We set up glycemic quality control group and monitored blood glucose levels of 46 patients according to Portland regime. According to the condition of patients and blood glucose values, we adjusted the insulin infusion rate timely. Results Through a comprehensive and systematic observation and monitoring of blood glucose values, 3 cases of suspicious signs of hypoglycemia reaction were discovered in time. Forty - six patients with Portland regime were carried out smoothly. Conclusion According to Portland regime, the implementation of nursing strategy can reduce the risk of hypoglycemia, improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis and raise nursing quality.关键词
