Clinical application of B-Lynch suture treatment on massive hemorrhage during eesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical results of B-Lynch suture treatment on massive hemorrhage during cesarean section,and summarize its clinical value.Methods 38 patients with materhal hemorrhage during cesarean section chosen from our hospital from October 2008 to August 2011,were treated with B-Lynch suture.The clinical medical records and treatment effect were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was significant difference on bleeding volume before and after the treatment (P＜0.05).No one got hysterectomy and postoperative complications.All mothers were discharged.Conclusion BLynch suture treatment on massive hemorrhage during cesarean section has obvious clinical effect and good uterine involution,is a effective way to avoid hysterectomy,is safe and reliable,and is reasonable in the clinical application.关键词
