摘要

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of lingqi Huangban Granule (LQHB) on apoptosis - associated c-fos, caspase-3and bcl-xL expression in light-induced retinal damage of rat. Methods: Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, light damage with vehicle group and light damage with LQHB group, whose retinal light impairment waa induced by exposure to white fluorescent constant light forS hours. At 2 ~5h, 5h, after Id and 3d light exposure, the mRNA and protein expression of c-fos, caspase-3, bcl-xL were observed by RT-PCR and western bolt methods. Results: The mRNA and protein expression of c-fos and caspase-3 was down regulated. The mRNA and protein expression of bcl-xL was up regulated. Conclusions: LQHB could regulate the expression of apoptosis-associated gene in light-induced retinal damage of rat.
