Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause of anxiety caused by psychological pressure of nursing students before clinical practice and to provide theoretical basis for prevention measures. Methods 168 nursing students were surveyed by State - Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI - Form Y) and the stressor scale questionnaires. Applications multivariate Logistic regression model of factors associated with anxiety, and population attributable risk factors (PAR) were estimated. Results The survey showed that the degree of anxiety of nursing students: a score of 56.00 ± 6.52, the positive ratio of anxiety was 21.43%. In the selected two factors which are related to anxiety, the nature and content of work, the ward environment and equipment increaseed the likelihood of anxiety, the risk (OR) is 2.842 and 3.747, PAR for each of them is 22.38% and 26.62%. Conclusion The nature and content of work and the ward environment and equipment were risk factors of anxiety, paying attention to these factors can reduce the anxiety of nursing students, through the provision of health education training modules will be actively promoted nursing students mental health before clinical practice will help ensure the quality of clinical practice.关键词
