藏药花锚降血糖和降血脂作用研究
Hypoglycaemic and Hypolipaemia Effect of Tibet Medicine Halenia eliptica
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study hypoglycaemic and antiatheroscloresis effect of Tibet medicine Halenia eliptica. METHODS: Hyperglycemia and hyperlipaemia model were established successfully. Model rats were divided into normal control group, model group, dimethylbiguanide group,H. Eliptica high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups. Hyperglycemia rats were given medicine intragastrically for 15 days,and then blood samples were collected via tail vein to determine FGB,hyperlipaemia rats were given medicine intragasticalhy for 30 days, and then blood samples were collected via tail vein to determine TCH,TG,HDL-CH, LDL-CH. RESULTS: Compared with hyperglycemia model group, FBG levels of H. Eliptica high-dose and medium-dose groups (780 mg(crude) ·kg-1 and 390 mg(crude)·kg-1) decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Compared with hyperlipaemia model group,TCH, TG and LDL-CH levels of H. Eliptica high-dose and medium-dose groups(560 mg(crude)·kg-1 and 280 mg(crude)· kg-1) decreased significantly while HDL-CH content increased significantly (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:H, eliptica has been characterized with hypoglycaemic and hypolipaemia effect.关键词
