Investigation of the Development of Prescription Evaluation Model in Our Hospital Based on Local Area Network

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the prescription evaluation model in our hospital based on local area network. METHODS: Based on local area network, outpatient prescriptions and electronic medical records were evaluated, and electronic medical record quality monitoring system was adopted to control clinical drug use with information technology according to working practice. At the same time. Prescription Evaluation column was established and the irrational prescriptions were reported on the network. RESULTS: Prescription evaluation posted on local area network covered out-patient prescription, inpatient medication order, etc. Clinical pharmacist evaluated rationality of drug use by reviewing electronic medical record and clinical diagnosis, etc. Typical medical record evaluation of rational drug use, retrospective analysis of clinical use of specific drug and disease and monthly drug use evaluation of quality control medical record were reported on the network. CONCLUSION: As a new working model, the model can increase the efficiency and quality of prescription evaluation, and can play good effect in our hospital.关键词
