摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study vascular stimulation of Rocuronium injection to rabbits and allergy study of it to cavies treated with atropine and neostigmine, and to evaluate the safety of it. METHODS: 6 rabbits were divided into control group and trial group (Rocuronium injection) for vascular stimulation test. 40 cavies were divided into negative control group, positive control group (ovalbumin 4 mg·kg-1).and rocuronium high-dose and low-dose groups (0.6, 0.2 mg·kg-1) for allergy study. Rocuronium group was injected with atropine and neostigmine before and after administration in above two experiments. RESULTS: By the protection of atropine and neostigmine, Rocuronium injection had no vascular stimulation and allergic reaction to rabbits and cavies. CONCLUSION: Rocuronium injection is safe, which results from the protection of atropine and neostigmine关键词
