摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the peri - operative care elements of the treatment for esophago- gastric varices by the combination of endoscopic tissue adhesive injection and ligation. Methods Seventy patients were conducted with targeted psychological care, sufficient preoperative preparation, postoperative nursing and observation and care of complications and detailed discharge instructions. Results Seventy patients were successfully cured with no serious complications occurred and no recurrence occurred by 6 - month follow - up. Conclusion Careful and perfect peri -orperative nursing is an essential part in improving the effect of treatment and reducing recurrence.关键词
