糖尿病周围神经病变的相关危险因素研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical risk factors of diabetic newly diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy.Methods 160 diabetics newly diagnosed were randomly selected and divided into diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) group and non diabetic peripheral neuropathy(non-DPN) group.Clinical characteristics,including blood pressure,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,lipid profiles,uric acid,insulin were statistically summarized.Data was evaluated using analysis of SPSS 18.0.Results 360 diabetics were screened.The DPN group showed older age,higher systolic blood pressure and higher HbA1c P ＜ 0.05.Logistic analysis screened that HbA1c was the independent risk factor for DPN(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion DPN has higher incidence in DM newly diagnosed.Hyperglycemia is important risk factor.关键词
