Abstract
Objective To observe the clearance effect of single hemodiafiltration(HDF) therapy with different amount of substitute fluid on the phosphorus(P) and parathyroid hormone(PTH) in hemodialysis patients.Methods 40 cases of hemodialysis patients with HDF treatment intermittently were randomly divided into group A and B,group A received high volume of substitute fluid post-dilution HDF (substitute fluid 20 L),group B received low volume post-dilution HDF (substitute fluid 10 L).The concentration changes on the P and PTH before and after the single HDF treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The serum P,PTH were significantly reduced (P ＜ 0.05) after HDF for two groups,the clearance rates for P and PTH were (40.30 ± 6.81)％ and (53.02 ± 3.06)％ in group A,the clearance rates for P and PTH were (28.12 ± 6.45)％ and (32.17 ± 2.05)％ respectivdy; the clearance effect was more effective in group A(P＜ 0.05)and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion HDF can effectively clear P and PTH in hemodialysis patients,increasing the amount of substitute fluid can improve the clearance effect.关键词
