卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效观察OA
Curative effect of Oxaliplatin combined with Capeeitabine in treatment for advanced gastric cancer
目的 观察卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂方案(XELOX)治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副反应.方法 28例晚期胃癌患者采用XELOX方案化疗:奥沙利铂(L-OHP) 135 mg/m2、卡培他滨(Xeloda):1000 mg/m2bid,dl～14,21天一周期,两周期后评价疗效.结果 28例均可评价疗效,中位TTP为6.5月,中位MST为11.9月,总有效率为53.6％,临床获益率为71.4％；主要不良反应为手足综合征、外周神经麻木、恶心呕吐及骨髓抑制等…查看全部>>
