耳前随意皮瓣转移修复耳廓前侧皮肤缺损的临床探讨
Clinical study of preauricular random skin flap subcutaneouly transfer for cutaneous deficiency in front of auricle region

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of preauricular random skin flap subcutaneouly transfer therapy for cutaneous deficiency in front of aural region. Methods January 2008 to December 20079, 9 patients with tumor in front of aural region were treated. There were 3 males and 6 females, aged 16 to 79 years (mean 59 years). The course of disease ranged from 0.5 to 16 years. 3 hemangiomas, 4 basal cell carcinomas, 2 squamous cell carcinomas. The size of disease ranged from 0.5cm x 0.5cm to 3.0cm x 2.0cm with different shapes. According to the different character and sizes of tumor, different operation methods to remove the tumors completely and repair the defect tissue with preauricular random skin flap subcutaneouly transfer therapy. Dermal sutures out at 7~10 days after operation. Results After operation, 9 patients healed by first intention. Congestion was appear on distal end of flap in 2 patients, and healed by changing dressings. And 9 cases were followed up for 1 year. Little scar, no defomation on auricle and shap of ear were satisfactory. Conclusion Preauricular random skin flap subcutaneouly transfer therapy can effectively treat for cutaneous deficiency in front of aural region, and it is an optimal method.关键词
