Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for muscone enantiomers separation and the content determination of mus-cone in Moschus. METHODS: The separation was performed on an Agilent CYCLODEX-B chiral GC capillary column with FID as detector. The programmed temperature GC was employed. Muscone despinner was separated. The contents of muscone in Moschus and synthesized Moschus were detected respectively with the performed methods. RESULTS: The linear range of muscone enantiomers was 0.05~5.00 mg·mL-1'(r=0.998 6 for (5)-muscone and r=0.999 3 for (R)-muscone, respectively). The average recoveries were 97.1% (RSD= 1.83% ,n= 15)and 99.2% (RSD=1.76% ,n=15). The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 2.5 ng·mL-1 and 6.0 ng-mL-1, respectively. CONCLUSION: The proposed method is exclusive and effective to separate (S')-muscone and its enantiomer (R)-muscone , which provides quality control of Moschus.关键词
