Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To improve the quality standard for Compound zicao oil. METHODS: TLC was used for the identification of Arnebiae Radix. HPLC was applied for the content determination of β,β-Dimethylacrylalkannin. RESULTS: TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control. The linear range of β, β-Dimethylacrylalkannin was 2.345~28.140 ng·mL-1(r= 0.999 9,n=7) and its average recovery rate was 99.95%(RSD=1.11%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The improved standard can be used for the quality control of Arnebiae Radix of Compound zicao oil.关键词
