木香槟榔丸的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Muxiang Binglang Pills
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard for Muxiang binglang pills. METHODS: Aucklandia lappa,Areca catechu, Sparganium stoloniferum, Cyperus rotundus and Curcumae Rhizoma were identified by TLC. The contents of berberine hy-drochloride in Muxiang binglang pills were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinctive, highly specific, reproducible, and free from the interference of the negative control substance. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.320~1.600 μg(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery rate of 99.29% (RSD= 1.26% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Muxiang binglang pills.关键词
