三联疗法治疗脾虚型黄褐斑的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective to observe the effection of using acupuncture and Chinese herbs by internal and external used, combinated with facial holographic scraping therapy. Methods 81 patients were devided into two groups, the treatment group use triple therapy, the control group use acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 95%, the control group is 81%.comparsion between the two groups showed significant statistical difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The triple therapy has good effect for the spleen deficiency of chloasma and be accepted by patients easily,its effect is much better than acupuncture and Chinese herbs for this kind of chloasma.关键词
