Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate clinical features and regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by Chuanhuning injection, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs. METHODS: Domestic medicine periodicals were searched between 1994 and 2010, and 63 cases of anaphylactic shock caused by Chuanhuning injection were summarized and analyzed by pharmacological epidemiology method. RESULTS: Most of the cases were rapid type anaphylactic shock. The adverse drug reactions often happened in 30 minutes after administration, accounting for 95.24%. The symptoms of anaphylactic shock involved circulation, respiration and center nerve system. 61 cases were recovered, and 2 cases died. The death rate was 3.17%. CONCLUSION: The main reasons of anaphylactic shock induced by Chuanhuning injection are patient habitus, drug quality and rational use of drug.关键词
