Abstract
Objective To sum up the experience in immediate construction of the breast with pediculated latissims and mamma prosthesis following modified radical mastectomy. Methods Since 2000, 38 patients (women, 37-48 years old) were treated in immediate construction of the breast following dorsi muscular floprosthesis. Results The flaps, including the nipples in 15 treatments simultaneously requiring the preservation of papilla, survived.No infection,necrosis and fluid accumulation occurred. Conclusions Pediculated latissimus dorsi musculatr flap, plus mamma prosthesis, is the idea restore the mamma-shape after primary modified radical mastectomy.关键词
