Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of composite fascial fatty tissue for the reconsruction of temporal depression. Methods According to the degree of temporal depression ,we apllied folded the composite tissue to reconstruct the depression, combined with frontotemporal riytidoplasty. Results Postoperative follow-up for 3 months-4 years showed that the method used in frontotemporal riytidoplasty combined with temporal depression,maintained a satisfactorylong-term full contour. And it can improve the facial contour. Conclusions Application of composite fascial fat tissue in reconstruction of temporal depression combined with riytidoplasty is a good method.lt can receive the effects of tightening the skin and improving the facial contour together. Good results are achieved.关键词
