强脉冲光联合Q开关532nm激光治疗面部皮肤光老化疗效观察
Comparion the effect of Q- switched 532nm Laser in the treatment facial photoaging combined intense pulsed light
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Q-switched 532nm Laser in the treatment facial photoaging combined intense pulsed light. Methods 128 patients were selected according to the different skin lesions and patterns of different wavelengths of a course of treatment (4-6 times) and intense pulsed light therapy, two weeks after treat the efficacy of local treatment of lesions of the poor by Q-switched 532nm laser. Evaluate the efficacy after four weeks. Results The therapy after adjusting 532nm laser combined with intense pulsed light ,128 patients of photoaging of skin lesions improved in varying degrees, in which the telangiectasia, pigmentation, skin texture have the most obvious improvement.The total effective rate of treatment is 90% or more,fine wrinkles and large pores to the total efficiency of 73.81%,71.15%. Conclusion Q-switched 532nm Laser in the treatment facial photoaging combined intense pulsed light reliable efficacy, fewer complications, is an ideal non-invasive method of facial skin photoaging.关键词
