摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze causes of nursing problems and provide nursing strategies for PICC catheter by Seldinger technology. Methods Retrospective study and analysis were conducted on various nursing problems occurred in 61 breast carcinoma cases with the use of Sai Dingge PICC catheter treatment. Results Effective measures were taken to 25 cases with complications. PICC catheters could be normally used until the end of treatment, and patients were discharged with catheters. Conclusion Close observation of the process, early detection of complications in the application of Seldinger PICC catheter, timely treatment can reduce pains, improve effect, and ensure the smooth progress of the treatment.关键词
