摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on the patients with acute bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty - eight patients with acute bronchial asthma were equally divided into experimental group and control group. Conventional nursing was given to the control group. Pointed measures were given to the experimental group when patients were uncomfortable with mental state, environment, position, oxygen, expectoration, diet and sleep. Results The comfortableness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in terms of physiology, psychology, and socio - cultural subscale and environment. The difference had statistical significance (P<0. 01). Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing on the patients with acute bronchial asthma can increase the comfortableness of patients and satisfaction of patients.关键词
