Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of hemoperfusion (HP) plus continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CWH) on patients with acute organophosphorous insecticides poisoning (AOPP) and choline esterase. Methods Twelve patients with AOPP underwent HP + CWH treatment. The average sober time and CHE 2 h after HP and 10 h after HP+ CWH were compared. Results The clinical indexes were improved after HP + CWH treatment and the levels of CHE were higher than those before HP + CWH. Conclusion HP + CWH can improve clinical indexes and increase the levels of CHE in patients of AOPP, and increase the survival rate of AOPP patients.关键词
