Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of S- 1 plus Oxali platin for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer (ACC). Methods Fifty - two ACC patients received compound Tegafur capsules 80 mg/(m2·d), oral administration, two times a day, days 1 ~ 14, plus Oxaliplatin (at a dose of 130 mg per square meter of body - surface area per day, as a 3 ~6 h intravenous guttae for 1 day) every 4 weeks for a minimum of 3 cycles. Results Total effec tive rate was 48. 1%, among which 2 patients showed complete response(3. 8%), 23 patients showed partial response (44.2%), 18 patients showed stable disease(34. 6%), and 19 patients showed disease progression (17.3%). The main side effects observed included gastrointestinal reac tion, bone marrow depression and peripheral neuritis. No death rate was reported. Conclusion Compound Tegafur capsules plus Oxaliplatin with comparatively lower side effects could be a pre ferred method for patients with ACC.关键词
